For Online Courses
There is no shipping required in the case of online courses. After joining the course, you will receive your user id and password through email as well as sms within 24 hours. If not received, no need to worry at all! Please email us at info@rohitbatrateach.com with your mobile number and registered email id; our team will contact you on the same or the very next working day and do the needful.
Please DO NOT share your account and login info with anyone else. Failure to comply will lead to immediate expulsion from the course platform and no refunds. Plus you will also be BANNED from accessing any future courses and content on this platform.Â
For Offline productsÂ
As per our shipping policy, we ship the product on the very next working day through one of our empaneled courier partners, i.e., DTDC, Ekart, Bluedart, or Xpressbees courier service. Once the order is shipped, you receive the order tracking details through your registered email and/or phone number. However, in case you don’t receive any details, you can always email us at info@rohitbatrateach.com. We’re always there to help you and provide you with the best customer service experience.
